2/13/2013 - 137

Wow!  Counting calories and not eating crap actually DOES work!!  I had to eat in between my classes today and ended up at Chic Fil a.. and I ate a salad with grilled chicken and low fat dressing.  GO ME.  I didn't even want fries or fried chicken.  I've come a long way. :)

I only have 2 more pounds to lose by March 1st.  I am right on track with my plan.  AND... I have officially lost TEN FLIPPING POUNDS since January 1st!!!

Happy Dance was done on the scale this morning.
